The bean-based battle royale Fall Guys is now available within Fortnite, with new courses from developer Mediatonic.
The addition of Fall Guys as a permanent part of the Fortniteverse comes after Epic Games acquired Mediatonic in 2021 and the British company underwent extensive layoffs last year.
For a limited time, you can play Fall Guys in Fortnite's Battle Royale, via a massive obstacle course that's currently floating above the map. Entering it will transform your in-game character into a custom Fall Guy bean. There are also a handful of limited-time rewards.
Outside of Fortnite's Battle Royale, you can play custom Fall Guys levels from Mediatonic and additional minigames from other developers who had access to Fall Guys assets in advance.

The connection seems to be permanent: Fortnite has its own Fall Guys line in the main Discover menu, and all unlicensed Fortnite skins get a Fall Guys bean character equivalent.
“If we started development on Fall Guys today, we would do it within Fortnite,” Epic Games executive vice president Saxs Persson told Eurogamer earlier this year when asked if Fall Guys development would ever happen exclusively within Fortnite. “But we are where we are, we have nothing to announce at the moment.”
“When you're apart, you learn different things, but we really believe the magic of Fortnite is having fun playing a game with your friends. So the more players there are, the more content there is, the more fun you have. From that simple perspective, having everything in one place is beneficial for us.”
